Frequently asked questions

If your question isn't here, call the shop — somebody will actually pick up.

Do I need to be 21 to enter or purchase?

Yes. You must be 21 or older to purchase tobacco, vape, kratom or any other age-restricted product, and a valid government-issued photo ID is required — every time, regardless of age.

What forms of ID do you accept?

Valid US driver's licences, state-issued ID cards, military IDs and passports. The ID has to be current: we can't accept an expired one, and we can't accept a photo of one.

Do you sell online?

No. Every purchase is made in store. We don't ship, we don't deliver and we don't take orders over the phone for pickup.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Electronic devices must be tested on the premises before you leave. A device that fails that test is replaced at no additional charge.

Do you offer refunds?

No refunds on opened or used products. An approved return on a defective item may be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Do you carry authentic products?

Yes. We source from reputable distributors and stand behind the authenticity of the brands we carry.

Can I open or test products in store?

Most products are sold without packaging and can be examined before you buy. For electronic devices we actively encourage you to test at the counter — once you leave, the sale is final.

Do you price match?

No. We price competitively and leave it there.

Where do I park?

There's parking directly at the storefront on W New Haven Ave. [Client to confirm — number of spaces and whether the lot is shared.]

About kratom

We carry kratom, and Florida law allows its sale to people 21 and older under Fla. Stat. § 500.92.

That is genuinely all we can tell you. We are not permitted to describe what kratom does, recommend an amount, compare products, or discuss strength or alkaloid content — and you should be sceptical of any retailer who does. If you want to know how kratom might affect you or interact with anything else you take, that conversation belongs with a healthcare provider, not a shop counter.

Kratom is not approved by the FDA for any medical use. We make no health claims about kratom. Consult a healthcare provider. Sale is restricted to persons 21 and older under Fla. Stat. § 500.92.
